Math
One test down, one to go!
Please make sure you complete your review sheets on decimals to be prepared for the test on Friday.

  • counting money
  • making the same money amount different ways
  • decimals (expressing them in standard form, words, on a number line and using blocks

Literacy
Make sure you have an idea of a conversation that could be exchanged between two people using your idiom correctly. For example:

"We're never going to be able to finish this bridge. There are so many pieces to put together," whined Joe.

"You better get started boys. Rome wasn't built in a day," replied Mrs. Hollis.

Science
Review of weathering and erosion. Remember, weathering is the breaking down of rocks. Erosion is the movements on the broken rocks.

We also mentioned a few more forces that caused weathering such as animals and roots of plants.
