Grade 5, please think about the triangle character you are going to create tomorrow. Have a name for it and make sure you're able to describe the side lengths and angle measures. Do you have any lines of symmetry? Remember you're cutting out all the parts of your character.
Tomorrow we begin Data Management.

Social Studies
Today we continued our discussion on the climate in the Cordillera and factors that influence climate. Watch the video from yesterday's post if your forget the factors that affect climate. When answering the questions from the textbook, take some time to think about them. Think of the landforms regions in the Cordillera. What would you do in your spare time? Think about what activities you can do on mountains, in the ocean, in the forest, along rivers in valleys. What about jobs? What jobs could be associated with a lot forests? A beautiful ocean? Mountains? Answer the second question in the book using a Venn diagram just like we went over in class.
