Today grade fours practiced applying arrays to solve multiplication problems.
For example:
How many ways can you plant 24 trees into equal rows?
Gabe and Nick are setting up for the school mass. Mrs. Nathoo tells them they need to set up 5 rows of 8 chairs. They have 37 chairs. How many more chairs do they need?
Arianna has Skittles in a bag. She can share the Skittles evenly among 8 and 6 students. How many Skittles could she have in her bag?
All grades must practice 2-digit by 2-digit multiplication.

Reading
Read your book on bones or the human body until you can read it fluently (smoothly). The vocabulary is very challenging. Make sure you can identify the features of non-fiction informational texts in your book. Write one green question on a sticky note for each page.
